Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the WeeklyFlow mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using WeeklyFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
WeeklyFlow is an AI-assisted weekly planning app. It can help you organize activities, import timetable information, schedule around fixed commitments, connect to Google Calendar, and provide AI-assisted suggestions. Features may change as we improve the app, address security or safety concerns, or respond to platform requirements.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use WeeklyFlow. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting access to any account or connected service, and activity performed through your account. Some features may be available without an account; optional sign-in enables supported cross-device features.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks, plans, activity descriptions, timetable information, and other content you enter or upload. You give WeeklyFlow the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service, provide requested features, improve scheduling, maintain security, and comply with law. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. AI and timetable features
AI-generated suggestions, explanations, timetable readings, and classifications may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review results before relying on them and correct timetable imports before treating them as commitments. WeeklyFlow is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, educational, or other expert advice, and it should not be used for emergencies or safety-critical decisions.
5. Google Calendar and other third-party services
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize WeeklyFlow to use the Google permissions you approve to list calendars, read events, and perform calendar actions you request. You can disconnect Google Calendar or revoke access at any time. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms and policies. Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, OpenRouter, Sentry, and other third-party services may have their own terms that apply to their components.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Some WeeklyFlow features may require a subscription. Purchases made through the App Store are billed and managed by Apple under Apple's applicable terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before the renewal period. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies. RevenueCat may process purchase receipts and entitlement information to help us provide subscription features. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse WeeklyFlow, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits or subscription controls, upload malicious code, infringe another person's rights, or use the service in violation of applicable law. Do not use WeeklyFlow to store or process information where a failure, disclosure, or delay could reasonably cause serious harm.
8. Intellectual property
WeeklyFlow, including its software, design, branding, and service materials, is owned by WeeklyFlow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep WeeklyFlow available, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control. We may add, remove, or change features. We may also update these Terms; continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using WeeklyFlow at any time, disconnect connected services, and delete supported account data from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or if continued operation of an account is not reasonably possible. Account deletion does not undo obligations that arose before termination.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, WeeklyFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for keeping backups of content that is important to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WeeklyFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use WeeklyFlow. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
